Terms of Service

1. Who you are contracting with

These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Fey iDeas Tech Lab ("we", "us", "our"), the operator of Visa Path AI (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility and account

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to use the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activity under your account.

3. What the Service does

Visa Path AI provides AI-assisted immigration research tools, including an eligibility checker, document review, interview preparation, a jobs feed, a relocation planner, and immigration updates. The Service is an informational tool. It is not legal, financial, tax, or immigration adviceand is not a substitute for a qualified immigration professional. AI outputs may be inaccurate — verify anything material before relying on it.

4. Acceptable use

You must not:

• use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive purposes;
• submit content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights of others;
• attempt to interfere with, probe, scrape, reverse engineer, or overload the Service;
• upload malware or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service;
• use AI features to generate illegal content, harassment, deepfakes of real people without consent, or content that facilitates fraud (for example, fabricated immigration documents);
• resell or redistribute the Service or its outputs as your own service.

You are responsible for the prompts and files you submit, and for how you use AI outputs.

5. Intellectual property

We own the Service, our software, brand, and documentation. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within your chosen plan. You retain ownership of the content you submit, and grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to provide the Service.

If you believe content on the Service infringes your rights, contact legal@feyideastechlab.com. Repeat infringers may be suspended or terminated.

6. Payments — Paddle as Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by the Paddle Checkout Buyer Terms.

Paid plans are subscriptions billed on a recurring basis (monthly, unless stated otherwise). You may cancel at any time via your account or through Paddle at paddle.net; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

8. Service availability

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI outputs will be accurate. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features from time to time.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay, pose a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly violate our policies. You may terminate at any time by closing your account. On termination, your right to use the Service ends and we may delete your content after a reasonable period.

10. Warranties and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages (including loss of profits, data, or goodwill). Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of the Service is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence where such limitation is not permitted by law.

11. Indemnity

You will indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Fey iDeas Tech Lab is established, without regard to conflict of laws rules. Courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified via the Service or by email. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
