We want you to be confident in Visa Path AI. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date, for any reason.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:

1. Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email you used at checkout, or
2. Email us at support@feyideastechlab.com and we will pass your request to Paddle.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method and typically take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.

Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account or via paddle.net. After cancellation, you keep access until the end of the current billing period. Cancelling on its own is not a refund request — if you also want a refund for the most recent payment, tell us within the 30-day window.

Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns in accordance with the Paddle Refund Policy.
